Delivery time
Of course we do our utmost to deliver your order quickly, so you can enjoy it as soon as possible. Sometimes we still have to make the ropeflow, or for example cut it to your custom size. Therefore we charge 1-3 business days processing time for orders, after which we drop off the package for delivery as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information. Generally, the delivery will be the next business day. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee this moment of delivery.
For international destinations, shipping times may vary. This depends on the delivery service and the destination. We charge the same number of processing days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for the Netherlands are:
€5.75 for orders under €100
Free for orders over €100 –
International shipping costs depend on the destination, and very sometimes on the weight of the order. The costs will appear at checkout.
For most international destinations applies:
Free shipping for orders above € 150,-
Cancellation / Returns
Occasionally you may want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full amount of the purchased items (note: this does not include shipping costs). The cost of returning to the store is at your own expense. Please consult the website of your delivery service for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition. To cancel please contact us atinfo@ropeflow.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, once the product has been received in good order.
Should the product no longer be in new condition, we will pass on the depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and do not test your ropeflow on the stones or in the mud.
An exception to our return policy are products from our outlet and custom ropeflows. Since these are customized to your size and needs, they cannot be resold. Therefore, you cannot return them.
Product exchange?
Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You do this by returning the old product (see conditions above) and placing a new order for the new product. To return your product, please contact info@ropeflow.nl or use our contact form. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
