Shipping

We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery service. Of course we will do our best to help you in such a case. If you contact us, we can start an investigation with the carrier if possible. In some cases, we will send you a new product, depending on the situation.
Warranty
Our products should function properly under normal use. Should a defect occur within 3 months of receipt, please contact us. If it appears that the defect is due to a production error or an error on our part, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
Ropeflow length
When purchasing a ropeflow, you can choose from a variety of lengths. We make sure that our product is as close to this length as possible. However, please keep in mind that rope is a natural product that can shrink or stretch slightly. As a result, the final length may vary by a few inches – this also applies to custom ropeflows.
Digital products (such as online courses)
After purchasing a digital course, you receive immediate access to the course material.
Therefore, the legal right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply once you agree to direct delivery of digital content. This is clearly stated during the purchase process.

Liability
We are not liable for damages or problems caused by customer errors, such as providing an incorrect delivery address.

Force Majeure
In situations of force majeure (such as natural disasters, illness, carrier failures or other unforeseen circumstances) we reserve the right to delay or – if necessary – cancel orders. In such cases, we will always contact you as soon as possible.
